Mango is the fruit of the mango tree and is native to India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. It is cultivated in tropical and subtropical regions.
It is one of the most consumed fruits in the world, the sixth to be precise! India is largely the largest producer.
We have selected organic mango because this fruit is subject to many fungi and parasites, so we want to avoid that insecticides have been used.
The mango has been dehydrated, so if you want to make it more mellow for use in pastry for example or for dessert in your cottage cheese, just let it soak in water and voila!.
