
In addition to its exceptional smell and its virtues, orange blossoms are used in cosmetics and food. They are anti-depressive, relaxing and sedative to help you sleep. They will give you tonicity, relieve your stomachaches and facilitate your digestion.
To make your infusion, take a teaspoon of orange blossom per liter of water at 100 degrees Celsius and leave it all 10 minutes.
Store in a dry place away from light.
